Bhū Rise Ventures was founded to occupy that open ground: a consultancy that takes no fee from you and no hidden margin on the land, and is comfortable telling you when the right answer is to wait. Credible enough for a family office, grounded enough to walk the plot at dawn.

Jeevan Singh
Co-Founder & Head — Investment Strategy
Jeevan Singh brings more than 17 years of pan-India real estate experience to Bhū Rise. His career has spanned established urban markets and emerging growth destinations alike.
He has been helping clients understand how locations mature and what drives value in them: infrastructure, connectivity, tourism and economic activity.
His view is that a sound property selection happens well before the purchase. It begins with the location, the timing and the nature of the opportunity. Working alongside investors, he focuses on the wider picture — the growth trajectory of an area, prevailing market dynamics, the right point of entry, and a considered exit.
As Co-Founder of Bhū Rise, Jeevan is translating that experience into a platform built on a single principle: real estate decisions should be made with clarity, research and vision.
Praveen Singh
Co-Founder & Head — Business & Brand Strategy
Praveen Singh leads business and brand strategy at Bhū Rise. He shapes how the consultancy positions itself and how it advises investors, backed by research and transparency.
Praveen draws from a career spanning 21 years, defined by the same principles — research and transparency. He began as a journalist, reporting on government policy and working through layers of misinformation to establish what was actually happening on the ground — work that left him convinced that credible storytelling begins with facts.
He carried that conviction into public relations, working with globally recognised brands and leading award-winning campaigns. He believes that PR, done properly, connects brands and individuals with their audiences. It also gave him a clear view of what holds an industry back when hype outruns fact — a pattern he sees repeating in real estate, and one Bhū Rise is built to counter.
Pushpa Bisht
Co-Founder
Pushpa Bisht is responsible for the operational foundation on which Bhū Rise is built. She has been part of Bhū Rise since the company was first conceived, building its administrative and operational processes from the ground up.
Within that remit, she oversees client documentation and compliance, ensuring that every engagement is recorded accurately and every requirement is met before a transaction moves forward.
As Co-Founder, Pushpa represents the stability and continuity that underpin Bhū Rise's growth, and the principle that a strong vision depends on an equally strong foundation.
